Shipping Information

The delivery charges will vary depending on where you are located and how big your order is. You will see the total cost of shipping at check-out. Free shipping on order more than $199.

Delivery times are dependent on where you live. Delivery within Australia takes between 3 and 7 business days. Orders from overseas may take more time depending on where they are going. Once your order ships, you will be able to track it.

You will be emailed a tracking code once your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to track the status of your order on the website of the shipping company. Contact our Customer Support team if you need help tracking down your order.

Customs and import duty may be applicable to international orders depending on destination country regulations. The customer is responsible for these charges, which are not included in shipping or purchase prices. For more information, please contact your local customs before ordering.

We ship internationally to many countries. You can see the shipping costs and estimated delivery time for each destination at the checkout. Check the regulations in your country before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at within 2-3 days of receiving your order. You will be guided through the process of returning the item and given instructions as to how you can return it safely. Returns must be in original packaging and unopened.

Returns from outside the United States are acceptable, however customers will be responsible for shipping charges. To ensure safe returns, we recommend that you use a tracking shipping service. We will refund you according to our refund policy once the product has been received.

If you believe your refund is incorrect, please contact our customer service team at immediately. Please provide your order number, refund information and we’ll investigate it promptly.

Customs duties and import taxes may be charged on international orders. The customer is responsible for these charges, which are not included in the order total. For more details on fees and regulations, please contact your local customs.

Delivery charges are not refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged. We will pay for the shipping charges to return the product and reimburse the delivery fees. For more information, please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
